I just registered this weekend and am having a look round the site. Is there a recipie section anywhere on here. I havent managed to find one so far

    There isn't a recipe section, but a lot of people post recipes throughout the message boards. Weight watchers has some free recipes on their site.

    Yeah there is! Just click "Home" directly above this thread and scroll down the forum til you see "Recipes" there's tons there!

    If you are looking for a particular food, you can do a search on the message boards. You can also do one by the meal. Just search "breakfast" and a ton will come up. You will notice that pretty frequently someone will start a post "what are you having for dinner?" or something like that and you can get a lot of good ideas that way. If you see something you like, and you don't have time to print, you can "bump" it. Just hit reply and type bump and it will be in your "my topics" for later when you have more time. Oh and WELCOME!
