idk what i am doin wrong im not seeing at results some one give me some advice im getting so frustrated!!!!!!

  • The best thing I can say is, be patient! The weight didn't go on overnight and it's not going to come off overnight either. You look at yourself everyday so you may not see the small steps you are making. Take photos of yourself to help track progress.

    You may need to adjust your diet or workout. Make sure you enter everything you eat, even if it's just a handful of cereal it all adds up. I would also say get a heart monitor. This is the best way to tell if you aren't working hard enough or too hard and how many calories you are actually burning during a workout. You need to burn more calories than you are taking in every day.

    Also, think of all the other benefits to your health you are making. Exercise decreases stress, gives you more energy and eating right can do the same. You sticking to your plan is an inspiration to someone else to do the same thing! Just stay positive and keep working. You'll see changes!
