Food suggestions

Hey guys and girls! I'm finding it increasingly difficult to meet my calorie goals, especially on work-out days. I'm not the greatest cook, so that seems to hurt me a lot in reaching food goals.

What are some high-calorie, easy to make/prepare, foods that are also good for you to help get you closer to your calorie goals?

  • Hi, are you trying to gain or lose weight?

What I like to eat and is simple to make, (20 mins, max) If you like fish
use any white fish filet, such as pangasius or tilapia. (one or two, depending on size)
heat up the grill of your oven,
bring water to the boil and cook about 100 gr (4 oz) of rice. add some nice spices to the rice, like curry massala
take some flower and dust the filets, then beat an egg and dip the fillets. Next, sprinkle some bread crumbs or (japanese) panko crumbs. Add some pepper. Then, place them on a buttered tray (a little butter, just to grease the tray) under the grill for about 5 minutes. You can add some (ready mixed leaves) salad with a little olive oil and vinagre or some boiled/steamed vegetables.

It's easy to make lots of varieties on this. You can also take salmon, or replace the rice with a little pasta.

    Good luck :)
