weight loss or not mmmm?

thought I'd lost atleast half a stone - bought new scales now says only 3lb
but def feeling my clothes are baggier....back to the drawing board! just wondered has anyone else had this?!

Different scales vary so much so I wouldn't worry about it too much.
I even found that my scales give a different number depending on where I put them (carpet/tiles).
If your clothes are baggier then you've definitely made good progress!0 -
you have lost weight because your clothes are baggier,
there's no doubt about it, ignore the number on your scales, it means nothingwell done x

I am in the same situation, my scales broke, I bought new ones - they can read totally different (up to a stone's difference) where ever I put them - and that is stepping on, straight off and back on again
It is very frustrating especially as i am trying very hard - and don't belive the mirror (and forgot to measure myself)0
