cooking egg whites

This morning was my first time cooking egg whites. I used Canola Oil because I was afraid of food sticking and never cooked just the egg whites before. Now i can't get rid of the thought that i put Oil on the most important part of the diet =/ lol

How do you cook your egg whites?

If you get a pan that you use only for eggs and nothing else ever, they don't stick and slide right off the pan. Just use a quick spray of pam, if anything. Just never use the pan for anything but eggs and always use a wooden or rubber spatula... no metal.

Hello Friends,
Egg is the combination of york and albumin. The color of Albumin is transparent. But we use to say egg white.
Take a pan and add little oil and finally put egg white with salt. cook for 1 min. Enjoy it.

I use something like these to poach them. You can poach two whites per thingie. No extra oil needed. Bonus, you can use them to make eggs for homemade egg McMuffins
