Back in December, I started really upping my workout. Cardio, strength training, and more recently lots of running as I'm training for my first 10k. I've noticed that I am now having much more trouble sleeping. I sleep 6 hour max before I toss and turn. Today I got up at 4am and started my day. I have three young kids, so a couple hours to myself in the am is great, but I do find myself crashing around 4pm.
I don't exercise in the evening, I only exercise in the morning. Anyone else dealing with this issue? Not sure how to get my body back in sync.
