Hi all recipe & motivation sharing

been on mfp about 3 weeks now and lost half a stone.... always looking for new tips and advice and recipes please add me :) need to keep on track for my holiday in 3 months !!!!!!!!!
ps im 20 years old and currently weigh 173lb i want to be 140 lb suggestions welcome !
