I wonder where I can find Kangaroo meat in Canada. Would bison meat work instead.0
-
I would think bison would work very well. Lean beef, turkey, chicken, even TVP would substitute fine0

I love nachos!
I don't think I can find kangaroo meat here in the US though lol
Ground turkey, black beans and fat free cheese sounds like the way to go.
I have never heard of mountain bread, I will have to research a healthier chip alternative.
Thanks for sharing!0 -
But I like naughty nachos0

Can I use something like possum meat instead?0

What is Mountain Bread? I am guessing it's an Aussie thing because of the kangaroo meat. What's a good sub, maybe a high-fiber tortilla?0
-
wait... is that REAL kangaroo?0
-
Mountain bread is basically a low calorie tortilla so any tortilla/wrap would work fine.
And yup, real skippyx. It surprises me that few people are aware that its a popular meat here

ps, Mutant, it looks like there's a trend of every time you post a thread, we try to hijack it about the kangaroo meat, lol! Sorry about that.0 -
Haha, there is! I should get a prize for promoting kangaroo awareness0
