My food diary?

Can ya'll take a look at my food diary? How's it look? Suggestions? Advice? Be honest.

I've know I've had a few not so good days, but I think for the most part I'm okay. I have lost 6 pounds in the last 2.5 weeks, so I know I'm on the right track. I'm also looking to add some new foods to my menu as I tend to eat the same things. I'm not very creative when it comes to food.
