Does anyone know if there is anything similar to this in powder? I love the taste of the shake, but $3.50 each seems a little costly to me.

    I wasn't too familiar with this product until I looked it up, but I think you can find far better quality products in powder form and for cheaper because there is a fair amount of sugar in core 24. First off, are you using this as a protein supplement or as a meal replacement? That makes all the difference when determining if you should seek a protein powder or meal replacement powder. If it's for protein supplementation, brands such as Dymatize and Optimum Nutrition offer almost pure protein powders (21-24 grams/scoop, 1 gram of fat, and 2-4 grams of carbs for 120-130 calories/scoop). If you go to supplement websites such as bodybuilding.com, dpsnutrition.com, supplementwarehouse.com, etc. you can find good deals. Also, they typically sell trial sizes so you can see if you like the taste, consistency, etc. If you are looking for a meal replacement, I suggest EAS meal replacement powders.
