Shakes

Hello Everyone!
I've been noticing that my sodium intake per day is almost always above the limit and when I went back and looked at my food logs I noticed that it's what I've been eating for lunch and sometimes my snacks. I'm trying to find a lower sodium lunch to eat but as far as my snacks I would love to switch to a protein shake or something like it that is healthier and filling. I've heard that Slim Fast isn't that good for you so I figured I would throw it out in the forum board. Any help would be great.
