Hey!
I am new to this program and am wondering if it is okay or not to leave calories at the end of the day?
I am on a 1300 calorie diet. Train once a week with a fittness trainer and exercise 5 times on my own (Cardio/strength program).
I have lost 10lbs (before this program) and wanted to step it up a notch. Just wondering if this is okay?
Thanks!
Liz

you don't really want to leave many, if any, leftover calories. you should be eating all your calories, plus whatever you exercise. if you leave a few, it's not a big deal - but leaving hundreds on a continuous basis may lead your body to go into starvation mode, and that won't help you lose weight at all! good luck to you!0

You need to eat all of your 1300 calories and some of your excercise calories as well!0
