what is your best 'power breakfast'?

My favorite:
Omlette made of:
1 egg, 3 egg whites
1/2 c chopped fresh spinach
1/4 avocado
~ 1/4 c salsa
.5 oz shredded cheddar

high fiber wheat toast w/
almond butter
strawberry jam

1/2 c fresh strawberries
1/2 c fresh blueberries

1 c V 8

    8oz homemade low-fat greek yogurt
    1 apple or pear diced
    1 serving of kashi cereal

    low fat, high fiber, high protein and yummy :)

    Dice up 2 corn tortillas.

    Brown them in a pan with 1/2 cup Jimmy Dean Turkey Sausage Crumbles.

    Add 1/2 cup Egg Beaters and stir until cooked.

    Pour it out onto a plate and top with 1/4 cup 2% shredded cheese and some salsa.


    Delish!
