I was doing so well. Had a schedule and a routine that was working... emergency hit and my boyfriend came to stay with me for 2 1/2 weeks. He asked me to step away from the dieting so he could have freedom cooking for me and ditch the gym so we had more time together. By time he went back home. Emotionally I've dropped from him leaving, my body is fighting going back to the schedule and routine, I now have the flu... Im having trouble finding myself again.

Sometimes gaining a little back is part of the journey. Willpower and the ability to keep going and not give up is really the key to long-lasting weight loss. Most MFP-ers have struggled and put the weight back on at some point. I hope you feel better and that you can push through. Just tracking your weight on a regular basis and being aware of how my clothes are fitting keeps me mindful of my weight so that when I slip, I don't fall too hard. That's the most important part for me. Being mindful. Because when I just say "screw it, I don't even want to think about how much I weigh right now", things never get better.
