Should I be weight training everyday or every other day? I do cardio everyday.

    Every other day. It gives your muscles time to recover. :)

    Depends on your weight training goals, BB or strength.

    BB you can do weights every day if you are on a split routine and only targeting specific muscle groups.

    Strength you are probably on 5x5 or similar routine wheres it will be 2-4 days per week.

    Decide what you want out of your weight training and choose an appropriate program to achieve the results.

    My preference for mixing cardio and weights is to do cardio (HIIT) on non lifting days.

    I lift 5x a week, but only one muscle group a week...with the exception of ab's, which I hit a couple times a week.
