I'm thinking about making tofu fried rice and steamed sweet carrots.

    Skinny Taste White Bean Roasted Garlic soup, hummus and carrots and bell peppers, apple sauce, a small handfull of cherries, string cheese, a blueberry muffin and a hard boiled egg.

    OK, I define lunch as everything I eat after nine a.m. and before eight p.m :)

    I brought in chicken and fried rice yesterday, it was awesome!

    - lot of water

    Total: 575 calories.

    Plan to eat 1800 calories today, will do martial arts tonight.

    Ground bologna sandwich with red onion, tomato, lettuce and bacon, and Wheat Thins Chipotle Pepper sticks.
