Looking for arm excerises to beat the "wings"

I am looking for arm excerises that really work what I call my "angel wing". You know the back/underneath side of your upper arm. I have a set of adjustable dumbells that I have been doing some arm excerises but looking for more.

There is nothing that will "work" that area, as it's mainly skin and fat (we all have it, not just you.)

To build up the muscle bicep curls and tricep presses will do the trick. Look on Google/Youtube for videos on proper form. Other than that just losing weight will help, though for some people that's the last place they lose fat (for me personally it's my belly)

    Hope that helps.

I have some "batwings" going on. I asked my husband about it because he used to be into bodybuilding/lifting weights, and he said that there's not really anything that will target that area. Losing weight is the biggest thing as it's pretty much fat and skin (which is a bummer, since that's the last place I use it) but working biceps and triceps will help build some muscle there. Even when I was thin I had very little muscle anywhere and still had some "wings." He told me some specific exercise for those muscles, but I can't help at the moment as I must have tuned out at that point (it was late.)

I have big arms too. But they have gotten noticeably smaller since I have lost 20 lbs! I do weights and youtube videos. Light weights at home. The arms will look toned up after I have lost more weight. I am excited that just after 20 lbs I can actually notice my arms are smaller! Still probably won't be wearing sleeveless shirts in summer, but shirts that were too tight in arms i can now wear!

Just take it one day at a time and keep working out. They will get smaller.

Any push style lift will help that area, but really it's about diet. You have to lose the fat.

You've got to get rid of the fat first. Cardio. But you've got to tone the area, too, doing lots of tricep strength training. But the skin is going to be the hard part. If you're young enough, the skin may tighten back up. But there's a chance it won't. I've been overweight most of my life, and I'm 35, so even though my arms are getting smaller, the wings aren't going to go away until I have surgery to fix them, which I'm planning on doing once I reach and maintain goal weight for a couple years. I figure I deserve that much so I can actually wear shirts that fit the rest of me but not my arm....
