I am 5ft 2 (just) and CW 128lb (SW 143 - GW110)
I have only just come back on here after a long break. I was not "trying" to lose weight, but my appetite has somewhat decreased, in fact my 7 year old son has larger portions than me and on quite a few occasions will finish what I have left (he is EXTREMELY active, constantly on the go and looks like a bean pole LOL)
Anyway, my main question is about calorie intake. MFP has set my target at 1200 however I struggle to get there. Yesterday for example I only had 947 and that was with NO exercise. Today I am 966 and I am planning on going to the gym tonight. I am not purposefully trying to not eat, but I just feel physically full up and cannot eat and the full feeling lasts for ages.
I eat breakfast and have dinner at about 5pm. There is no way I could fit in a lunch as well, I have tried and it just makes me feel really sick!
I am aware of the warning and I don't want to be "unhealthy" so can anyone please give me some advice. Is my calorie in take OK? i have only noticed this loss of appetite over the past 6-9 months. There is no major stress in my life.
Sorry for the long post, I really do hope someone can help me. Thank you
