Is it working

Hi there,
I found this app on my ipod touch and started tracking my calories about a month ago. I can tell you I think it is working because my jeans are all loose now and I need a belt. Once in a while I exceed my calories but most days I do not. I do get cravings for things like potato chips or some type of sweets. But I am holding true and want to loose 20 lbs at least, 30 would be best. By the way I was 201 lbs when I started. I don't have a scale so I have not yet weighed myself since then. Good luck to all of us out there in this battle to get healthy.
