Calories in & out help please :)

Back in 2011 I had a Resting Metabolic Rate test done and it came up with I burn 1095 calories without ANY activity at all. My trainer recommended that I eat around 1,200 calories a day on non workout days and then on workout days, however many calories I burn to add that onto the 1200.
I did the TDEE/BMR test on Fat2fitradio.com and it was WAYYYY different based on my age, sex, height, and weight. Everyone seems to think this site is how they determined their calories. Should I just trust my results from my actual test?? That is telling me to eat 1200 a day and the website told me around 1900! TOTALLY DIFFERENT!
Any ideas/comments will help! Thanks!

Some of us have a much lower BMR/RMR if your BMR is 1095 you should still be able to lose with 1200 calories because of daily activities and exercise. I would definitely trust the testing you had done over an estimate from a website.0
