A question I posted to my friends

Today is back to basics. I logged the foods I plan to eat so I know my calories ahead of time. I have some baby carrots to take with me between meals and right now I have 872 spare calories from what I plan to eat in case my brain tries to make me stop and grab food on the go. They aren't kidding when they say food is an addiction. No matter how hard I try, that voice comes and says "Eat that donut!" or "Seconds are ok"


How do you battle that voice??
