False. Monounsaturated fat will do the trick. Get yourself some MUFAS! Get rid of wheat as well.

This link has a list of MUFA foods. I would avoid margarine however, It is on the list.0 -
No.
And no.
You CANNOT spot reduce. You can only reduce your overall body fat. Your body will lose the fat from whereever it wants. You can't control it.0 -
I used to have a bloated belly all the time. But it was more gas than actual fat. Fiber helped me a lot, but I have to drink a lot of water with it.0

No food will target belly fat.
If your belly is bloated, then removing whatever irritates you will solve that problem.
Currently, "wheat" is for some reason the DEVIL FOOD of the year. Every food and food group goes through a vilification period... as though it is that ONE item that made EVERYONE fat... absurd thinking if you ask me.
That being said, IF you are intolerant to gluten, then wheat may be an issue for you.0 -

Depends what the cause is - gas, constipation (even if you are regular), water retention or fat. It is normal for a female to have some fat in this area, some have more than others due to hormones and genetics. No one food will resolve any of the possible issues, really the whole of your lifestyle would need reviewing - life stress, sleep patterns, exercise habits, fruit/ veggies, oily fish, other healthy fats, dairy, fibre.
Looks from your food diary as if you are trying to do high protein, reduced fat, low carb but it's all over the place and not terribly nutritious. If you want to eat this way you should choose more nutrient dense proteins (less processed meat and chicken, more oily fish, other seafood, organ meats) way more low sugar fruits and non starchy vegetables, a pile of nuts and seeds to replace the minerals and fibre in grains, beans and lentils.0 -
In the abdomen we have a nasty fat called visceral fat. This is an organ strangling fat. It does terrible things to your body. Monounsaturated fat helps get rid of this visceral fat and it is proven. Speaking from my own experience, if you need fiber, get it from fruits and vegetables. Drink a glass of water before or after the meal.0

Could you explain more or cite sources as I do not quite understand how monounsaturated fat can get rid of visceral fat.0 -

No.
I agree about avoiding margarine in general though. That nugget is good advice.0 -
OP: eat at a reasonable caloric deficit and be patient. I would also recommend strength training if you do not do so already.0
