After killing myself working out every day and eating right, the scale wasn't moving for almost 2 weeks. I tried to act like I did t care but it bothered me...so per you lovely people of myfitnesspal I started drinking the recommended amount of water for my body weight...which is like a gallon a day..so I did it yesterday for the first time and....
