Putting my entire faith in the TDEE and BMI system.
Hiding my scale.
Believing in the system.
Understanding that 1 lb per week is enough.

Might be a little unconventional, but after weeks of panic and uncertainty, I definitely consider it an NSV!

I had to look up what NSV meant at first. I definitely think that if you can find and keep track of your body fat percentage and know your BMI, you will lose weight successfully. Although to know your BMI, you will need to know your magic number.

I had always gone under the assumption that: the less you eat and the more you work out, the more weight you would lose. I had always lost weight with this method, and had always felt deprived and gained it all back!

This time, I'm going the slow and steady way- it's definitely challenging to know that I will not drop 25 lbs in a month...but it's definitely reassuring in the fact that I will be able to maintain this lifestyle, and keep the weight off!

I love all the info on this site! It's been so eye-opening!
