Currently I'm lifting 3 days/week doing a total body workout. Cardio on the days I don't lift. I'm curious what everyone does in terms of lifting. Do you concentrate on just 2-3 muscle groups per workout, or do you do a full body workout? I'm training for a 10K and realizing that lifting heavy with my legs three days a week and running on the days I don't lift may not give me enough rest in between workouts. Any advice?

+1. I follow this program which consists of full body 3 days a week. I also throw cardio in on non-lifting days occasionally.0
