Wanted to share...Great for Beginners

So currently the only exercise I can do is Physical Therapy due to some injuries but prior to that, I had been doing a good amount of exercise. One of my favorite routines is very simple and can be done anywhere. Trust me you really see results.
Start off by doing 10 push ups(I do the girly ones. One day I will be strong enough to do real ones lol) then do 10 squats, next do 9 push ups then 9 squats, then 8 push ups/8 squats then 7 of each, 6 of each ect until you get to 1.
By the time you are done you will have done 55 of each

That sounds pretty easy to do! About how long does it take you to finish this?0

At first it took a little longer because I was slow and got winded but towards the end I would say 10-15 min max...You can control the speed at which you do it. I usually combine it with a short cardio day0

i do something similar!
add situps and do them until failure then switch and just keep goining through the rotation until you do 100 each!0 -
Hmmm...I like the sound of this. Might do this on the days I don't hit the gym
