Hey all just a quick question, im more intrested in losing fat than what the actual scales say im currently following this workout routine:
Monday: 50min kettlebell session
Tuesday:60 min boxercise class
Wednesday:30 min Run
Thursday: 50min kettlebell session
Friday: 30 min run

Am i on the right track for fatloss i read somewhere i should concentrate on strength traing 3-4 times a week with just one intense cardio session?? Any advice will be hugely appreciated :)

First, glad your not a scale junkie! Add some strength training for sure. Nothing wrong with your routine but adding some strength training will be a plus.Only potential problem i see is scheduling it in your current routine. Lower body before your run on Wed and Upper before run on Friday. Thursday i wouldnt do the kettlebells tho, give those upper body muscles a day off. May be better to do weights M-W-F with a run after upper body days or run only on Thursdays/Saturdays. You could keep the boxing on Tues. Eat at maintenance. Then, follow a strict diet ~6 weeks before summer..careful not to overtrain when cutting tho..

I forgot to add... I dont think having 2-3 short cardio days will hurt you. I would keep at or under 30 minutes at a time tho.

here is a decent site to browse: http://www.muscleandstrength.com/workouts/20-6-day-weight-cardio-cutting-workout.html
