Just started using this site, and so far so good. I started with 2000 calories but lowered it to 1800 and I'm now losing weight. Looking for anyone that would like to friend me. Wondering if there is any other guys out there that use this app like to see what others are eating in there diary . I work out 6 days a week switching from strength to working cardio on a tread mill just started doing C25K. Hope to get some help thanks.
