Shred diet

Any recipes/ideas for smoothies without yogurt that would give same nutrition? How about soups? I make a lot of soup but calorie counts/ serving sizes are hard with homemade. Don't use canned because of the BPA linings.

  • Instead of using yogurt, try a frozen banana. I keep a bunch in the freezer and just one adds creaminess to my smoothies.

    ^^^ ditto, I use cottage cheese, protein powder, water, and my fruit (I cut up bananas and freeze them so I don't have to add ice)
