I'm confused about working about and eating so when you work out and you burn calories are you suppose to eat them back? and does eating them back mean putting more calories into you? How does it work?

If your goal is 1,200 calories per day but your work outs are burning 400, switch your calorie intake to 1,600 per day. You can take advantage of what you burn by eating more and still sticking to your original goal.0
