Random thought I had today, but I can't wait for someone to ask me, 'Have you lost weight?' Trying to lose weight over the past couple months has been such a slow process, and I honestly can't wait for someone who doesn't know I'm dieting to notice! It'll be an affirmation, sort of like 'What I've been doing is working!!' :)

    It will happen. One day you will run into someone that you have not seen in a while and they will notice. Sometimes it happens on they day you think everything is going wrong to perk up your day.

    I was the same. My husband said something after about 9 pounds (I never announced I was trying); it was awesome!

    Don't feel bad if they don't right away. Some people may worry they will offend you by saying it. I had several people tell me very apologetically that they'd noticed, but didn't want to say anything because they worried I might be insulted.

    it's an awesome feeling! i go in this one gas station by my apartment ALL THE TIME, and a clerk in there noticed. It was amazing!!!!
