Best Percentage settings for food

I'm sure this has been discussed, but I went back a few pages and couldn't find it, sorry if I'm duplicating an old topic. I would like to manually override the food settings for percentage of protein, carbs, etc for the best nutritional match to my situation: Goal is weight loss, have 25 pounds left to lose, goal is half pound per week, I exercise generally 6 days a week for 45 - 60 minutes, which is a mixture of elliptical, walking, jogging, strength training on 3 of those days also as part of the 45 - 60 minutes (just added the strength training). I have been adhering to calorie guidelines since Dec 28 and have lost 15 pounds so far, but now I'm ready to step up to the plate and watch what those calories are made of to lose the last 25 pounds.     I'm trying to figure out what % of my calories need to be protein, what % carbs, etc.
