Loss of appitite after workout

So I have been taking hikes every day since the first of 2013, and after every hike, I am famished and scarf down something with protein: chicken, milk, almond milk, string scheese, etc. I live in Boston, and there is a cold front this week, <20F, and since it is too cold to go outside, I have been going to the gym, using the treadmill, elliptical, and doing weights. I have noticed that after every day I go to the gym for a work out, I have no appitite whatsover, and force myself to eat something. Does anyone else have this problem?
I would love new friends to help keep me motivated.

It happens to me too, I look at it as a blessing0

Most of the time after I work out my appetite is decreased for awhile, I also consider it a blessing and not a problem!0

That's normal after a hard workout. The appetite usually comes back strong after a few hours.0

This happens to me and it's the reason I don't eat dinner before I go. I eat a Greek yogurt or some nuts and workout. When I get home I am not hungry so I make a healthy dinner and force myself to eat. I used to be starving at dinner time and would go I over my calories all the time. Problem solved!0
