New!!!

I have lost over 200 lbs. Unfortunately it has been over the course of a lifetime and gained back over and over.

This year, I decided I want to do it slow. I have one of those important decade birthdays in one year and I am going to lose 50 #'s by then. I have been doing this a week and I love it - so easy to do. Not time consuming and already I realize my sweet tea habit is a big part of the fact that I have not been losing weight.

Also, finding I can eat more because I exercise has really kept me on my incumbent bike. So, this is just to say Hi and appreciate all of you trying once again to lose that weight!
