Hello, I'm Tim. Back on MFP again. Looking for friends and support. My doctor said I am too skinny for my height. 6'3 144. So I came on here to gain healthy weight and get to a healthy weight. so far I have gained about 9 pounds of healthy weight and am looking to add more. feel free to add me.
