Smoothies

If you are having a hard time eating enough fruits and vegetables then you should try to make your own smoothies. Unless you are a texture freak like me. I still try to drink them though because i know they will fill me up and won't use many of my calories.

    Have you logged a smoothie on here? I did, and was surprised that it has 500 calories!
