Trying to find strength to exercise tonite!

Hey guys! Last nite I did what I thought was unthinkable, exercising well into the evening! I'm sure some of you do this on a daily basis, but I've always had the most strength to exercise in the morning. Because of my demanding job, I work virtually 12 hour days. Waking up at 4am to exercise then wash and do my hair everyday is NOT an option. Yesterday as soon as i got home, i immediately changed my clothes to exercise, instead of my usual, heading straight to the fridge. I am trying to find the strength to do it again today.

Does anyone have any suggestions on having the energy to exercise after a LONG day at work?

    Way to go last night! i have soo much trouble motivating after work to workout. i'd do it in the morning but i'm sooo NOT a morning person. i work only 1-2 hrs less than you do and have to also cook dinner for two in the evenings (usually another 30-60min of night time taken up).

    i just drank a good sized bold roast from starbucks and ate an orange. my hope is that, if i can get some healthy sugar (ie: fruit) and caffiene in my system, i can boost through to get myself into the gym.
