McAlister's Chicken Tortilla Soup

I LOVE McAlister's Deli and using their nutrition calculator, I usually make a plan before I go so that I can order something that isn't going to be sky-high in calories. One of my favorites is the Chicken Tortilla Soup, a cup of that (if you don't include the side portion of chips) is only 120 calories according to their website. If you haven't had it, this is a thick and creamy soup- not just plain old broth. Can it really be that low in calories? And if so...how in the heck do you thicken a soup that much without throwing in a ton of cream?
