Green/White/Oolong Tea like a boss

Hi Friends!
I drink a lot of tea and lately I am obsessed with Body+Mind, a Green/White/Oolong tea blend from Teavana. I was told that white teas help with detoxification, body hydration, and supports healthy skin and complexion; Green Tea contains EGCE and supports the immune system and helps maintain healthy blood sugar levels; and Oolong teas support a healthy metabolism, and helps digestion and promotes healthy skin and teeth. I always have it hot and unsweetened. It is also said to only have 1%-5% the amount of caffeine of coffee. I thought it was good, but I was reading a health blog saying that tea dehydrates you and for every cup of tea, drink another cup of water. I tried to do research but it never really specifies the type of tea, and a lot of it the information is contradicting.
Does anyone know, or can help with what I should do about my tea intake?
Thanks!

Caffeine is a mild diuretic, but it won't dehydrate you.0

Sorry but you won't get enough EGCG in a home brewed blended tea to make any difference, the studies are on standardised green tea extract which is massively more potent. Too much tea can bind some nutrients in your food, so don't overdo it.0

Tea = good. Health blog = misleading. I wouldn't worry about it. You'd have to drink a whole lot of unsweetened tea for it to have negative side effects, I'm guessing. How many people have weight problems because of 'all that green tea' they drank?0
