Felt sorry for myself and blew it...well, sugar blew it

I just felt so down. It's been 2 1/2 weeks with no changes. I ate 2 cadbury creme eggs....and I still have 900 cals left....but went over on the sugar. I feel bad about blowing, I feel bad about no changes. I just want to lose the weight. I just don't understand why I have to work out at...what I call Biggest Loser intensity in order to lose 3 lbs. Last time I worked out I wanted to puke a couple times. I just want to go and workout and sweat....heart rate up, but not to the "I want to pass out" point. UGH....why is weight so easy to go on, but yet so HARD to come off. I feel like my body is playing a cruel joke on me.

    You don't need to nearly pass out' when exercising any exercise will help you with your weight loss..even walking! Try and stay clear of sugary processed products such as cadburys cream eggs, there are much healthier just as tasty alternatives!

    Slice apple into the thinnest slices possible.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon
    Bake on parchment paper untill not moist
    Leave to rest and they will become hard

    How long do you tend to bake those for? Those sound really yummy.

    Sometimes my sweet tooth gets the better of me :( Chocolate speaks to me...it needs to shut up!
