Need a nice kick up the rear!

Also helps with your workout!

I have gotten to the 2 week point nearly and im starting to get the itch, feel like i know i have lost but i cant SEE the change yet!
I have NO patients with myself what so ever, everyone else i could wait a year for a drink! But with myself i pressure myself so hard i want to see the change NOW! I am SO worried i will not fit into my wedding dress and never have kids because im so FAT!
I feel utterly worthless today :( I just want to cry if im honest! Sorry guys i just needed to get it out there, OH tries but he finds it hard to support me when im like this :(

*Rant over*

  • First - your weight does not measure your worth! Second - what would you say to a friend if they felt like you do today? You have to be as nice to yourself as you would to a friend. Trust me, I do the same thing and need a regular reminder that I would never be this hard on someone else.

Id tell them they are beautiful and to stop being stupid, they will get there, i will make all the excuses under the sun as to why it wont happen and im not worth it... stupid really!
Thanks love :) I have always been put down for my weight so it just gets to me sometimes!
  • You can do it! You are here trying this and seeking support. Celebrate that today! Handle tomorrow when it gets here.

I think the quote I read said it takes 4 weeks for you to see a difference, 8 weeks for people close to you to see a difference, and 12 weeks for acquaintances to see a difference.

So hang in there, you are half way through to you seeing a difference!! Keep doing what you are doing and stay on plan. Time goes by no matter what we do, so stay on plan and get all this behind you.

You already proved to yourself that you can do your plan for 2 weeks so there's no excuse not to keep doing it!

And the scale doesn't measure all of your progress. Go by how your clothes fit, how your skin clears up, how you feel overall, etc.

Good luck, you can do this!

Oof. I needed to read this today, as I'm feeling pretty demotivated myself. I haven't worked out in a couple days too, which is really killing my energy. I think I'm going to try 30DS tonight since bf has to work and only my dog will be here to judge me! Hopefully Jillian can whip me back in gear.
