I'm here 2 weeks. Goal is 1 lb a week. So far, way under calorie goals and way over cardio goals each week. Easy. Enjoy logging. Lost 5 lbs instead of my 2-lb goal for two weeks. I have been on this honeymoon other times on other fitness plans. Want to ride it as long as I can. But I am aware that: 1) it won't last forever, and 2) losing too fast is why and how we yo-yo. Advice from any who have been through this and came out successfully?

    Knowing the honeymoon would end was probably the biggest help for me. Lots of people think the only way to lose weight successfully is to have that RARRRR UBER MOTIVATION ALL THE TIME FOR AS LONG IT TAKES and then think there's something wrong with them when it flags. Reading the stories of people here (how long it took them, the slogans they use, the things they do even when they are not losing weight) really helped take the pressure off.
