Logging Regular Exercise?

Hey!
So, I bike to work (~50 minutes a day) But I pretty much sit at a desk all day. I've only been logging my "workouts" such as yoga, or whatever. I wonder if I should log the biking I do, even though I think it would just add into my "pretty active" setting on my profile.

Any thoughts?
