Nutrition Junkies: I need your help!

Hello (: I am trying to find out why I am hitting a plateau (nutritionally though, I've solved the exercise conundrum). Basically, I want you guys to give me a list of the top nutrients that I may either be lacking (check my diary), AND/OR the nutrients that I may be consuming TOO MUCH of. If you could just list them, that'd be great (:

Also--if my diary is not visible to non-friends, I'll add you. Unless you're scamming me, or you're a man (in most cases--not to be rude, its just that sometimes I feel like my MFP account is a girl talk zone)
