New to the forum

Hi Guys,

I am a 26 year old male from melbourne australia, I have been using this program on and off from my mobile for the last year and a half and in that time I have managed to lose 5kgs, prior to this I had lost 7kgs on my own. I am now at a point where I would like to meet some people and share my weight loss journey with and also hear about others. My main issue is with Nutrition and the foods I eat because the more I workout and lose weight (but gaining muscle) I am hungry more often and constantly craving water even though I drink on average 8-9 cups a day. Any help would be greatly appreciated :-D
