i have had a final goal of 115, i am 5.2 ft. i find it hard to get there and stay there, not sure if it's me not trying hard enough, letting myself slack a bit or if it's just not my number to stay at? I Got as low as 116.4 in Dec and stayed there all month. Then i went on a 1 week All Inclusive trip over New Years and gained 5 lbs and i can't get back at all. It's been 2.5 weeks now and i just seem to bounce around 118-120. SO i am wondering if i am not ment to be lower? since it seemed it was so easy to gain.... am i not trying hard enough? just not sure how you know when you have hit your magical spot for weight and then just try to maintain that and not strive to hit a lower goal anymore?

I'm 5'2" and I bounce between 115 and 120. Depends what's going on, how careful I am, how much exercise I get in, etc. Don't sweat it. You'll never maintain at exactly one weight.

no i don`t expect to maintain one specific weight but i found it took me so long to finally hit that 116.4, i have been at this for 16 months now.... so when i hit it i was super happy as in the month of dec it seemed easier, for some reason....the weight was coming off easy in dec..... since then i can`t get under 118 for the life of me. My goal was 115 and i was hoping to be bouncing around 114-117 on a regular basis..... that is what i want to maintain.... but how do i know if that is reasonable for me to maintain... how do i know will i know if it is a `good`weight for me or not.....
