I created a group for people with 100-150 pounds to lose. It is a safe place for you to share your weekly weigh ins, discuss anything on your mind, share setbacks, speak freely about your achievments, share your goals, set up challenges for yourself and friends who are willing etc.
If you have anywhere between 100-150 pounds to lose (or you are getting towards the end of your big weight loss goal) please ask me for an invitation and I would be happy to send you one! We are looking for motivators, people who need the support and people who just want a few people as friends to speak to weekly if not daily!

I would like to join. Two weeks on MFP. My weight turning points in last decade have been: up to 375, down to 285, up to 335, down to 265, up to 320, now with MFP down to 313. Tables say my ultimate goal should be 190, slightly over half of what I once weighed. I need to do it very slowly in order to not rocket back up once again. I haven't weighed 190 since 50+ years ago, so I'll be happy with 205-215.0

I started at 268 and would like to weigh 160. I am 5'10". I have my profile goal set at 175 because I was worried I would get discouraged. So if I qualify would love to join this group.0
