Hello all,
I am Sabriana Bones. I'm looking to loose weigh, toned and be the perfect thin girl I always want to be. I need motivations.
I eat max 500 cals by day and I work out. I only eat veggies, fruit and some nuts. I fast most of the time and I need to loose over 60 pounds.
SW: 190lbs
CW: 175 lbs
UGW: 110 lbs
Height : 5'6
S don't judge me I don't eat but it's my choice. I need to be in control and don't be a fat *kitten* anymore.

Hello Sabrina, Welcome! First off, you really need too eat a lot more too lose weight. You are starving yourself so your body is holding onto everything that you are eating and storing it as fat. Your body is in starvation mode. You should always eat breakfast, that gets your metabolism going. You have to eat to get your metabolism going. I also think that 110 pounds in too thin for your height. You are not a fat *kitten*. You are a beautiful woman. I hope I was some king if help. Keep me posted.

hey there! welcome to MFP! we are all in the same boat for various reasons; im not a nutritional expert but I have had a one-on-one with a nutritionist. Bottom line.....calorie deprivation is NOT going to be a long term solution for weight loss. You have to eat to lose weight.....give your body the correct fuel and it will burn more efficiently. veggies, fruits and nuts isn't gonna cut it. If you are looking to build muscle with your workouts, you need to give your body the right building blocks. You may need to research this diet idea a little more and get some more info, enough to make an informed decision. are you a vegetarian? there are alternate sources for protein in the plant world, but please don't hurt yourself thinking that cutting caloric intake to 500 is going to be a healthy choice for life. :happy:0
