Hello all! I just started here. I have lost 70 lbs before, but quit before reaching my goal. Now I have gained half of that wait back and am really motivated to start dieting again.
The first time I lost weight, I did not do it healthy. I really had no idea what amount of calories I was eating, After joining MFP, I realize I had it all wrong and probably was not eating enough calories at all. Being a math nerd, I am really enjoying the calorie tracker, and seeing food as a "value" really speaks on my wavelength.
Also, i love all the success stories! It is really motivating to see just how many people out there are in this battle too.
I have struggled with weight all my life, especially since my daughter was born, but that was ten years ago, so I can no longer claim it's baby weight. Looking forward to our journeys together.
