Came up with a recipe on the fly tonight! Thought I would share!!! OM NOM NOM....definitely making this again. This feeds two people. The macros on my diary if you all are interested.

1 tsp Worcester sauce
3 tablespoons of Neufchâtel cheese (you can use full fat cream cheese, too)
pinch of garlic powder
2 tablespoons of dried chives
1/2 tsp dill
splash of lemon juice
16 wonton wrappers
about 1/8 cups of chopped tomato

Preheat oven to 375. cook salmon for about 10-12 minutes or until cooked. While it is baking, combine all other ingredients (except wontons) and mix in a bowl. Shred and toss in cooked salmon. Lay down wontons in each tray (if you want, you can double them if you like thicker wontons. just remember, it changes the calorie count. :flowerforyou: ). Get a muffin pan and lightly with canola oil (to prevent sticking). fill each wonton (about a tablespoon each) and bake for about 7-10 minutes (until edges start to brown). Top with chopped tomato. Enjoy! :drinker:

Note also; you can season the salmon with salt and pepper if desired. I, personally, don't like to add extra salt so I left it out.
